Refund Policy
Our pricing structure is inclusive of all expenses related to travel, labor, chemicals, machinery, and other associated business costs. Upon completion of the detailing service, we offer our customers the opportunity to inspect their vehicle to ensure their satisfaction with our work. Once the service is completed, the customer is bound to pay Visionary Detailing. We understand that customers may need time to assess the quality of our service before making a payment, and we are happy to accommodate this. However, please note that once the sale is finalized, refunds are not available for services already rendered. As a service industry, we adhere to this policy and do not offer refunds for change of mind or unsatisfactory work. In special cases where a payment has been made in advance, refunds will only be considered before our service has commenced, and original receipts must be provided to process the refund.
