CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
At Visionary Detailing, we place a high value on your detailing bookings. We understand that sometimes adjustments to your schedule are necessary, and as a courtesy to all our clients, we request a minimum of 48-hour (2 days) notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This policy allows us to inform our wait-listed clients of any available time slots, thereby providing them with the opportunity to book and minimizing the risk of lost business for our company. We kindly request that you take note of the following terms and conditions, which apply to all appointments:
To cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice.
If you book an appointment within 48 hours and need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24-hour (1 day) notice.
If you book an appointment within 24 hours and need to cancel or reschedule, we require 12-hour notice.
If you cancel or reschedule a booking made more than 48 hours in advance with less than 48 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the service cost will be incurred.
If you cancel or reschedule a booking made within 48 hours with less than 24 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the service cost will be incurred.
If you cancel or reschedule a booking made within 24 hours with less than 12 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the service cost will be incurred.
If you cancel or reschedule on the same day of your appointment without any weather disruption, a charge of 70% of the service cost will be incurred.
If the detailers arrive on-site and you decide to cancel or reschedule without any weather disruption or failure to be present at the scheduled time and location, a charge of 80% of the service cost will be incurred.
If you need to cancel or reschedule due to bad weather conditions and fail to provide enough notice (48 hours, 24 hours, or 12 hours), you will not be charged.
Visionary Detailing reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty, but we will always make an effort to inform you of any changes.
Visionary Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. We appreciate you choosing Visionary Detailing, and we look forward to providing you with excellent service.
