How often should I wash my vehicle?

As a rule of thumb, it’s important to wash your car at least every two weeks.

Should We empty my Vehicle before you come?

We usually ask customers to removal all belongings inside the vehicle, so we can clean every area such as the door panel, glove box and boot area.

How do I cancel my booking?

Simply, you can notify one of our staff 48 hours prior to your booking. Charges may apply if you do not give enough notice.

Do I need to be there on the day of the booking?

Yes, someone is require to be there to ensure that your satisfied with the results.

Where will you be detailing my car?

We are mobile detailing service so that mean we come to you, at your residence or place of work.

Will there be any additional charges during the detailing?

Yes, additional charges may apply if we find your vehicle takes more time for us to clean, extra charge will be applied for sand, dog hair, mud and any vomits.

What if it rains on the day of my booking?

If you have covered area, we can still detail your vehicle. If you do not have we can reschedule for the next available date.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) bank transfers and cash.

What type of products do we use?

We use the highest quality products on the market to ensure your car gets the best treatment.


What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 polish?

Stage 1 paint correction can generally fix up to 50% of paint imperfections whereas stage 2 paint correction will fix 85%+ correctable defects. Stage 3 is considered a multi step correction where our technicians will chase out any and all correctable defects for a 95%+ defect free finish.
